  The owner/operator of EHP, Darrell, is extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. His approach to training incorporates all facets contributing to health and wellness, not just an average gym junkie.
  Furthermore, Darrell has a wide range of local contacts and as a regular customer, I have access to an enormous range health providers.
  Such a great set up, proving that "Essential" health performance comes from basic, internal function and movement.

  This is a boutique gym for people of all fitness level who share the goal of getting better. The trainers' emphasis is on technique rather than speed or volume of reps, meaning our results are sustainable and injuries are less likely. Darrell has created a community of supportive clients and great trainers.
