- Hormesis Added June 22, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ★Warm welcome from staff and friendly owner. I tasted the lamb backstrap, Moroccan chicken, calamari, lamb and chicken skewer marinated and grilled. It was delicious and well cooked.

Generous serving size, full of flavour and freshness that melted in our mouth. My wife had the seafood plater which was amazing and the best calamari ever tasted. I tried the lamb which was cooked to perfection and we couldn’t fault either meal. A good selection of wines that complimented our meals. Service was excellent, atmosphere was good and the owners Steve and Mauric took time out for a chat even though it was busy. Highly recommended if your looking for a good night out in Hampton.

The other two loved their Moussaka and Calamari. It was all absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed our drinks which were lovely and cold. Will definitely come back.
