Store not very busy, no one said hi, no one said I will be with you soon. Taking my wallet elsewhere :-) - Rohan Added August 26, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Dropped my Giant Propel off before going out for breakfast to get a tyre tube changed, I said I'd be back on 30mins came back and it wasn't changed, no worries - waited to get it changed and while walking out the door I noticed that they had not done it right and the tube exploded whilst in the store. I went back they replaced it but I had to wait again, I asked if they could give me another tube as I had to wait so twice for it to get placed on, I was met with a "Are you Serious" he grabbed a tube chucked it at me and said never come back. I've bought 3 bikes from that store worth 8k+, my dad buys a new Propel from Giant every year, I guess our business is no longer wanted. I must say though normally everyone is nice and the guy that changed my tyre.
