  Where do I start?
  1.My online order was not ready at the chosen pickup time. (Which was 3 days after I placed the order)
  2. Was SMS'd to say I had 24hour to pick up order. Two days late mind you. I'm busy at work and only had time to check my message the next day. The order confirmation said I had 7 days to pickup order so I didn't stress too much about reading the message. Ikea then changed policy without advance warning to me due to high demand.
  3. Didn't answer phone when I rang to see if it could be extended (on hold for 10+minutes so I gave up, no countdown feature to know where you are in the queue).
  4. Zero customer service. Shouldn't be offering a service if they can't even rent another warehouse or something to store pickup orders for longer than 24hours.
  5. Delivery wasn't an offer. My advice is to try make a deal with "Couriers Please". A great freight company in Melbourne for $10 delivery for up to 25kg.
  6. At least refund was quick. 1 star for that.

  Extremely BAD customer service. Charges $5 for click and collect now when they never used to. Will gladly take my business to Kmart now, Kmart has just as good quality and affordability than Ikea with far more locations and GOOD customer service. I have never seen any store who charges for collecting items. Disgusting especially during a pandemic, they clearly don't care about anyone.

  It’s a good IKEA and signage helps with navigation. There’s always a really long queue to get help in the main flat pack warehouse but I think this is to do with so much stuff being held at the collection warehouse.
  
  Just seems like I have to go to 2 shops rather than 1 to get my goods.

  It’s just so big that I have ended up spending half of my day just looking around the store. I did get a couple of cookwares at a very good price and of great quality.
  
  One thing about this place is it is about 20 minutes by tram from the Melbourne CBD.

  The staff at IKEA were mostly helpful, however sometimes they were difficult to get ahold of. The range of products is good however it seems that a lot of their more popular items were sold out. Overall, it is a unique shopping experience that is worthwhile to check out.
